The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan held an awarding ceremony of the best primary school teachers of secondary schools in Ashgabat and Arkadag.
At the ceremony, the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan expressed sincere gratitude to the awarded teachers, whose exemplary and noble work is of the utmost importance for the successful acquisition of primary and general education by the younger generation, is a reliable foundation for the future life of children, and the successful formation of comprehensively developed individuals.
In a solemn atmosphere, the teachers were presented with Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, valuable gifts and magnificent bouquets of flowers as a sign of great recognition of their many years of conscientious work.
Then, the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan focused on the tasks of expanding the scale of the work being carried out aimed at studying and disseminating best practices in primary education. In this regard, he gave instructions to the editor-in-chief of the scientific and methodological magazine “Bilim” to further popularize leading pedagogical experience on the pages of the publication.
The event continued with a pedagogical discussion organized in the editorial office of the scientific and methodological magazine “Bilim”. During the meeting, interesting and informative speeches by teachers took place, participants exchanged professional opinions and made specific proposals for the placement of thematic articles in the magazine, materials dedicated to effective methods of teaching and raising children at school.
The teachers expressed a sincere desire and interest in fulfilling these tasks, as well as a desire to approach the issues of consolidating efforts with full responsibility to transfer valuable experience accumulated over the years to primary school teachers of the country, young and beginning specialists. Having warmly bid farewell to the creative editorial team, the teachers assured that in the very near future they will prepare methodological articles on various topics, broadly reflecting their professional experience.
Work aimed at improving pedagogical activity and the educational process as a whole is carried out in our country on an ongoing basis. At the same time, special attention is paid to the tasks of implementing the Concept of Improving the Methodology training in general education programs in Turkmenistan until 2028, the introduction into the national education system of indicators corresponding to international programs for assessing the quality of education PISA, TIMSS, PIRLIS and other international educational programs.
Work on training, improving the competencies of primary school teachers and improving their educational, creative, and mentoring activities is of great importance and makes a significant contribution to the formation of educated, broad-minded, physically and spiritually healthy, and comprehensively developed youth in the country.
