As part of the International Forum to Attract Foreign Investments in Turkmenistan’s Economy (TEIF 2025), which commenced in Kuala Lumpur, the first issue of a specialized investment guide to the country’s economy was unveiled. The guide was prepared by the international publication “The Investor”.
Leandro Slovinski, Editorial Director of “The Investor”, the flagship publication of “Beyond Investments Group”, emphasized the particular importance of releasing this guide at this moment, noting that TEIF 2025 serves as a unique platform to showcase Turkmenistan’s investment potential. He also highlighted the continuing key role of the oil and gas sector and the country’s active collaboration with international partners, including PETRONAS and companies from the Middle East, which underscores the sector’s significant potential.
Speaking as the moderator of one of the forum sessions, Leandro Slovinski stated that the primary objective of the publication is to facilitate cooperation between private investors and representatives from Turkmenistan and Malaysia.
Emphasizing the importance of informing potential investors about the reforms underway in the country, “The Investor” sees its mission as identifying and disseminating information on available investment opportunities, thereby contributing to the inflow of capital into various sectors of Turkmenistan’s economy.
The first specialized issue of the magazine, already available to forum participants, provides a comprehensive overview of investment opportunities in Turkmenistan, covering key sectors such as petrochemicals, the textile industry, education, and tourism. The publication is intended to serve as a reliable guide for the international business community interested in exploring and developing Turkmenistan’s investment landscape.
